Our Warranty Process
At Elusive, our commitment to customer service extends to assisting you with any warranty claims you may have. If you encounter a warranty issue, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll guide you through the necessary steps for each brand we sell and help you coordinate with them for a smooth resolution. 

What you need to know:

- All warranty claims must be made through Elusive eCycles Inc. and submitted to warranty@elusiveecycles.com.

- Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request.

- Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at info@elusiveecycles.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem.

- Valid warranty claims will be processed through the Brands we carry and their manufacturer within a specific period of initial purchase.

- Elusive eCycles, and the Brands we carry, do not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with the necessary information by email.
