Elusive Shipping and Delivery Policy 

"Elusive", "we" or "us" refers to Elusive eCycles Inc.

WHAT IS ELUSIVE'S SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY?

We only ship within Canada. 

While it is difficult to provide accurate shipping estimates right now, we use reputable order fulfillment partners to deliver endeavour to meet the timelines in this policy, on the following terms: 

  1. We ship once products are fully paid.
  2. Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from payment (but may take up to 14 business days).
  3. Some restrictions apply for ground delivery to your door for large items or hazardous goods.
  4. Shipping and delivery times can be impacted by a variety of factors beyond our control, including weather events, supply chain issues, delays within our order fulfillment partners, strikes, labour disruptions, and delays caused by seasonal volumes.
  5. We encourage you to use your tracking number to follow the status of your order. 
  6. Upon delivery, for orders of any electronic bicycles, e-cycle products, ebikes, scooters, or dirt bike products, our delivery partner requires an adult name and signature to accept delivery.
